Antonio Gaudi is a well known Spanish architect. He created many works of art throughout his life. One of his most famous projects was and is, La Sagrada Famila. Construction began in 1866 and continues to this day. Gaudi took over the project in 1883 at the age of 31 and it became his life's work. Gaudi is also responsible for the design of Parc Guell (see previous post) as well as various buildings throughout Barcelona. His design aesthetic is unusual, to say the least. I've never seen anything like it.
